Deep in each heart there is a flame that urges us to protest and protect our values above all. Some of these values are rational, some are seen as emotional decisions, while others may seem impossible or even dangerous to create. I have a strong opinion on contemporary literature, its influence on politics, and the state of European affairs, which are all closely linked to the literary myths each country holds. When a person picks a new book from the shelf, do they notice who the author is? Which culture do they promote? Is it truly this person’s own decision to read that book, or was the decision made long ago for them? Perhaps all of us should think twice before embracing something at least once
